Action in the Hennepin County District Court brought on behalf of Jane Ann Lieberman, a minor, by Norton C. Lieberman, her
father and guardian ad litem, for personal injuries, in which action Norton C. Lieberman also sought consequential damages.
It was alleged that said minor was a passenger in an automobile owned by defendant Harry Korsh and operated in a negligent
manner by defendant Ronald Korsh and that the accident involved resulted also from the negligence of defendant Richard J.
Bellman in the operation of an automobile owned by defendant Samuel H. Bellman. The case was tried before Luther Sletten,
Judge, and a jury, which returned verdicts for plaintiffs for $750 and $400.05 respectively against defendants Korsh only.
